摘要
探讨了20万t·a^(-1)乳聚丁苯橡胶装置生产过程减少VOCs排放的方法,对废气主要来源、预处理系统、炉温、炉压、废气带水、设备管理等问题进行了分析,提出相应对策。实施优化措施后,生产线所用胶乳的残留苯乙烯质量分数从0.10%控制到0.07%,RCO炉的催化剂和蓄热体温度可以分别稳控在350~380℃和150~260℃,排放指标中非甲烷总烃质量浓度相应降低10.43 mg·m^(-3)左右,炉膛差压稳定在3~5 kPa,运行周期从最初的3~5个月延长到8~10个月。
The methods of reducing VOCs emission in the production process of 200 kt·a^(-1) emulsion polymerized styrene butadiene rubber plant was discussed.The main sources of waste gas,pretreatment system,furnace temperature,furnace pressure,water content in waste gas and equipment management were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.After the implementation of the optimization measures,the residual styrene mass fraction of the latex used in the production line was controlled from 0.10%to 0.07%,the temperature of the catalyst and regenerator of the RCO furnace could be stably controlled at 350~380℃and 150~260℃,the mass concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons in the emission index was correspondingly reduced by about 10.43 mg·m^(-3),the furnace differential pressure was stabilized at 3~5 kPa,and the operation cycle was extended from the initial 3~5 months to 8~10 months.
