摘要
本文介绍了硒蛋白P的概念及其抗氧化、转运硒以及结合重金属以降低重金属毒性的营养活性,同时介绍了硒蛋白P的营养活性在研制奶牛富硒日粮上的应用。
This article introduced the concept of selenoprotein P and its nutritional activities such as antioxidation,selenium transport and binding to heavy metals to reduce the toxicity of heavy metals.Meanwhile,it also presented the application of the nutritional activities of selenoprotein P in the development of selenium-enriched diets for dairy cows.
