摘要
针对带式输送机头架结构易出现损伤的问题,以DSJ120/3×315YB带式输送机为例,通过有限元法对带式输送机头架结构优化及疲劳寿命进行了研究。研究发现,头架应力峰值约为63.882 MPa,远高于材料的许用应力;变形量峰值只有0.1599 mm,远低于材料允许变形量,整个头架结构设计较为保守。通过响应面法确定的最佳优化方案为:头架主体结构更换为125 mm×125 mm×6.5 mm×9H型钢,连接杆件更换为120 mm×53 mm×5.5 mm槽钢,优化后头架应力峰值与变形峰值均在安全范围内,且头架质量降低了55%。通过实践验证了优化方案的合理性,有利于煤矿安全开采与企业快速发展。
Addressing the susceptibility of belt conveyor head frame structures to damage,this study employs the finite element method to investigate structural optimization and fatigue life of the DSJ120/3×315YB belt conveyor head frame.The study revealed that the peak stress in the head frame reached approximately 63.882 MPa,far exceeding the material's allowable stress.The peak deformation was only 0.1599 mm,significantly below the material's permissible deformation limit,indicating a relatively conservative design for the entire head frame structure.The optimal solution determined via response surface methodology involves replacing the main frame structure with 125 mm×125 mm×6.5 mm×9 H-section steel and substituting connecting members with 120 mm×53 mm×5.5 mm channel steel.Post-optimization,both peak stress and peak deformation remain within safe limits while reducing frame weight by 55%.Practical verification confirms the optimization scheme's validity,contributing to safer coal mining operations and accelerated enterprise development.
