摘要
为了提升带式输送机运行的稳定性,以DSJ80/40/2X100带式输送机为例,提出一种煤矿带式输送机角形驱动头架力学分析方法。该方法先构建出驱动头架的有限元模型,以此为基础,分别模拟分析出头架的力学特性与模态特性,以此判断驱动头架存在的缺陷,进而为驱动头架的优化设计提供支持,使其在实际工作中发挥出最大的作用。
In order to improve the stability of belt conveyor operation,a mechanical analysis method of angular drive head frame of coal mine belt conveyor is proposed by taking DSJ80/40/2X100 belt conveyor as an example.The method first constructs a finite element model of the drive head frame,and based on it,simulates and analyses the mechanical and modal characteristics of the head frame respectively,so as to judge the defects of the drive head frame,and then provide support for the optimal design of the drive head frame,so as to make the head frame play the greatest role in practical work.
