摘要
目的:分析子宫内膜癌组织中驱动蛋白家族4A(kinesin family 4A,KIF4A)、三结构域蛋白44(tripartite motif-containing protein 44,TRIM44)表达水平及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:选择2022年3月—2025年2月徐州市妇幼保健院收治的79例子宫内膜癌患者。本研究对癌组织与癌旁组织中KIF4A、TRIM44的表达差异进行了比较分析,并进一步探讨其表达水平与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:癌组织中KIF4A、TRIM44阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);在国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期为Ⅲ期、存在淋巴结转移及肌层浸润深度≥1/2的患者中,其癌组织中KIF4A与TRIM44的阳性表达比例明显高于FIGOⅠ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移且肌层浸润深度<1/2的患者(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫内膜癌组织中,KIF4A与TRIM44水平均呈高表达,其表达情况与淋巴结转移、肌层浸润程度及FIGO分期紧密相关。
Objective:To analyze the expression levels of kinesin family 4A(KIF4A)and tripartite motifcontaining protein 44(TRIM44)in endometrial cancer tissues,as well as their correlation with clinicopathological characteristics.Method:Seventy-nine patients diagnosed with endometrial cancer and treated at Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2022 to February 2025 were included.This study examined the differential expression of KIF4A and TRIM44 in cancerous tissues versus corresponding adjacent normal tissues,and further evaluated how their expression patterns correlated with various clinicopathological parameters of the patients.Result:The positive expression rates of KIF4A and TRIM44 were higher in endometrial cancer tissues than in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05).Moreover,patients with International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)stageⅢdisease,lymph node metastasis,and≥1/2 myometrial invasion showed increased expression of KIF4A and TRIM44 compared with those at FIGO stageⅠorⅡ,without lymph node metastasis,or with<1/2 myometrial invasion(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elevated expression of KIF4A and TRIM44 is observed in endometrial cancer tissues,and their expression is closely associated with lymph node metastasis,depth of myometrial invasion,and FIGO stage.
