摘要
目的:探讨康乃馨护理服务在海扶刀治疗子宫肌瘤患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月在上饶市妇幼保健院行海扶刀手术的75例子宫肌瘤患者。采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理,n=37)和观察组(康乃馨护理服务,n=38),两组干预4周。比较两组术后恢复情况、术后疼痛程度(VAS评分)、负面情绪[医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分]、应对方式[心理特征应对量表(TCSQ)评分]、依从性[Frankl治疗依从性量表(FCS)评分]及护理满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组下床活动时间与肛门排气时间较早、住院时间较短(P<0.05);两组术后7 d的VAS评分低于同组术后3 d,观察组术后3、7 d的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组HADS、TCSQ消极评分相较于干预前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),两组TCSQ积极评分较干预前显著提升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组FCS评分明显高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度为94.74%,高于对照组的78.38%(P<0.05)。结论:康乃馨护理服务可促进子宫肌瘤患者在海扶刀术后恢复,改善患者疼痛、负面情绪,提高患者依从性及护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application value of carnation nursing service in patients with uterine fibroids treated with HIFU.Method:A total of 75 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent HIFU surgery at Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected.According to random number table method,patients were divided into control group(routine nursing,n=37)and observation group(carnation nursing service,n=38).Both groups were intervened for 4 weeks.The postoperative recovery conditions,postoperative pain degree(VAS scores),negative emotions[hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)scores],coping styles[trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ)scores],compliance[Frankl treatment compliance scale(FCS)scores]and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the time of out-of-bed activity and anal exhaust in the observation group were earlier,and the length of hospital stay was shorter(P<0.05).VAS scores at 7 d after surgery in both groups were lower than those at 3 d after surgery,and VAS scores at 3 and 7 d after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of HADS and negative scores of TCSQ were decreased in both groups compared with those before intervention,the observation group lower than the control group(P<0.05),and positive scores of TCSQ in both groups significantly increased compared with those before intervention,and the observation group higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FCS scores were significantly increased in both groups compared with those before intervention,and the observation group higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 94.74%,which higher than 78.38%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carnation nursing service can promote recovery of patients with uterine fibroids after HIFU surgery,relieve pain and negative emotions,improve rehabilitation compliance and nursing satisfaction.
