摘要
目的:探究红光照射联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的临床效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将丰城市第三人民医院2022年9月—2024年10月收治的80例PHN患者分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组口服普瑞巴林治疗,观察组予以普瑞巴林联合红光照射治疗,两组均治疗14 d。比较两组疼痛程度、T细胞亚群水平、NK细胞、炎症反应、睡眠质量及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组VAS评分、P物质(SP)、CD8^(+)、IL-6、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,β-内啡肽(β-EP)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、NK细胞、IFN-γ水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红光照射联合普瑞巴林治疗PHN在改善患者疼痛、T细胞亚群水平、炎症反应方面优势显著,同时能提高患者的睡眠质量,且安全性良好。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of red light irradiation combined with Pregabalin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Method:A total of 80 patients with PHN admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Fengcheng from September 2022 to October 2024 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Pregabalin,and the observation group was treated with Pregabalin combined with red light irradiation.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The degree of pain,T cell subsets levels,NK cell,inflammatory response,sleep quality and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the VAS scores,substance P(SP),CD8^(+),IL-6,Athens insomnia scale(AIS)scores,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels ofβ-endorphin(β-EP),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),NK cells,and IFN-γwere higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Red light irradiation combined with Pregabalin in the treatment of PHN has significant advantages in improving patients'pain,T cell subset levels,and inflammatory response.At the same time,it can enhance patients'sleep quality and has good safety.
