红光照射联合非布司他及依托考昔对痛风性关节炎患者疼痛及炎症因子的影响

Effects of red light irradiation combined with febuxostat and etoricoxib on pain and inflammatory factors in patients with gouty arthritis

摘要 目的探究红光照射联合非布司他及依托考昔对痛风性关节炎患者疼痛及炎症因子的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年4月新钢中心医院收治的80例痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组给予依托考昔联合非布司他治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用红光照射治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、实验室指标、炎症因子指标、不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组尿酸水平、红细胞沉降率均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为12.50%,低于对照组的35.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依托考昔、非布司他联合红光照射治疗痛风性关节炎疗效佳,有利于缓解患者病情,降低疼痛感,改善炎症指标,安全性高。 Objective To explore the effects of red light irradiation combined with febuxostat and etoposide on pain and inflammatory factors in patients with gouty arthritis.Methods 80 patients with gouty arthritis admitted to Xingang Central Hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with etoposide combined with febuxostat,while the study group was treated with red light irradiation in addition to the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain level,laboratory indicators,inflammatory factor indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than 72.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the visual analogue scale scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the uric acid level and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-1β,tumor necrosis factor-αand C-reactive protein of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 12.50%,which was lower than 35.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Etoricoxib,febuxostat combined with red light irradiation is effective in the treatment of gouty arthritis,which is beneficial to the remission of patients'condition,reducing pain,improving inflammatory indicators,and has high safety.
