摘要
镍精矿中汞含量的准确测定对于环境保护和产品质量控制具有双重重要意义。固体进样测汞法作为一种快速、准确的分析方法,在矿石矿物中汞的测定领域得到广泛应用。本研究旨在建立固体进样测汞仪直接测定镍精矿中汞的数学模型,并对测量结果的不确定度进行系统评估。通过分析测量过程中的不确定度来源,确定了包括样品称量、标准溶液的配制、仪器校准、重复测量等多个不确定度分量,并对各分量进行了量化分析。实验结果表明,当样品中汞含量为0.174µg/g时,在置信水平为95%(k=2)的条件下,测得扩展不确定度U=0.042µg/g。最终,汞含量测定结果可表示为(0.174±0.042)µg/g(k=2)。本研究建立的数学模型和不确定度评估方法为镍精矿中汞含量的准确测定提供了可靠的技术支持,对提升分析结果的准确性和可靠性具有重要意义,同时也为相关行业的质量控制和环境监测工作提供了科学依据。
The accurate determination of mercury content in nickel concentrate is of dual significance for environmental protection and product quality control.As a rapid and precise analytical method,the solid sampling mercury analyzer is widely used in the determination of mercury in ores and minerals.A mathematical model for the direct determination of mercury in nickel concentrate using a solid sampling mercury analyzer was established,and the uncertainty of the measurement results was systematically evaluated.By analyzing the sources of uncertainty in the measurement process,multiple uncertainty components were identified,including sample weighing,preparation of standard solutions,instrument calibration and repeatability of measurements,and each component was quantified.Experimental results showed that when the mercury content in the sample was 0.174μg/g,the expanded uncertainty U=0.042μg/g was obtained under a confidence level of 95%(k=2).Ultimately,the determination result of mercury content was expressed as(0.174±0.042)μg/g(k=2).The established mathematical model and uncertainty evaluation method provided reliable technical support for the accurate determination of mercury content in nickel concentrate,which was of great significance for improving the accuracy and reliability of analytical results.It also provided a scientific basis for quality control and environmental monitoring in related industries.
