电气自控技术在自动运料小车中的运用研究

摘要 为进一步提升工厂物料运输效率,实现工厂物料运输全流程自动化,本文以某工厂反应炉物料运输小车为例,在详细阐述该小车的三种工作模式的基础上,配置了以西门子S7-1200 PLC为核心控制器的硬件架构,涵盖信号检测单元和执行机构等;并对自动运料小车电气自控系统软件进行了设计,包括I/O分配以及顺序功能图(SFC)控制编程设计,有效推动了企业生产效能提升与成本优化,对未来电气自控技术在自动运料小车中的运用研究具有一定借鉴意义。 To further enhance the efficiency of material transportation in factories and achieve full-process automation of material transportation,this paper takes the material transport cart of a certain factory's reaction furnace as an example.Based on a detailed description of the three working modes of the cart,a hardware architecture centered on the Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the core controller is configured,covering signal detection units and actuating mechanisms,etc.The software of the electrical automation control system for the automatic material transport cart is also designed,including I/O allocation and sequential function chart(SFC)control programming design.This effectively promotes the improvement of production efficiency and cost optimization in enterprises and has certain reference significance for future research on the application of electrical automation control technology in automatic material transport carts.
