体育单招足球专项测试成绩结构、测试效度与群体差异的实证研究

The Score Structure,Test Validity,and Group Differences in Football Specialized Tests for Sports Separate Enrollment:An Empirical Study

摘要 本文采用问卷调查法收集219名体育单招考生的足球专项测试成绩,运用Welch’s法t检验、Mann-Whitney U检验及线性回归模型等数理统计方法,揭示体育单招足球专项测试的成绩结构、群体差异及测试效度等核心维度,旨在通过数据驱动决策,优化体育单招足球专项测试体系,实现人才选拔公平性、科学性与效率性的有机统一。结果表明,当前测试体系存在考生成绩呈现偏态分布特征、测试效度存在失衡问题、群体差异显著、测试方法亟待优化等突出问题。本文建议:借鉴CFST、LSPT和LSST的理念与框架改进现行专项技术测试方法;优选曲线跑、四线往返跑和YOYO间歇性耐力跑作为专项素质测试核心内容;设计小场地足球比赛(SSGs)模式优化实战能力测试方法,并系统整合考生近3年比赛成绩进行实战能力综合评分。 This study collected football specialized test scores from 219 candidates participating in sports separate enrollment through a questionnaire survey.Statistical methods such as Welch's t test,Mann Whitney U test,and linear regression models were employed to reveal core dimensions of the test score structure,group differences,and test validity.The study aims to optimize the football specialized testing system for sports separate enrollment through data driven decision making,achieving an organic integration of fairness,scientific rigor,and efficiency in talent selection.Results indicate critical issues in the current testing system:skewed distribution of candidate scores,imbalanced test validity,significant group disparities,and urgent need for methodological improvements.Recommendations include refining technical testing methods by drawing on frameworks from CFST,LSPT,and LSST;selecting curve running,four line shuttle running,and YOYO intermittent endurance running as core components for fitness testing;optimizing practical ability assessments through Small Sided Games(SSGs),and systematically integrating candidates'match performance over the past three years for comprehensive evaluation.
