摘要
从党的二十大起,我国进入全面建成社会主义现代化国家、实现第二个百年奋斗目标的新征程,文化建设被摆在更加突出的位置。体育文化是中华文化的重要组成内容,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要支撑。研究以足球文化入手探讨了其多元价值,并在此基础上明确了在新征程加强足球文化建设的功能定位。研究认为:足球文化的内涵丰富、价值多元,既是世界的也是民族的,既是个体的也是团队的,既是身体的也是精神的,既是商业的也是教育的,既是竞争的也是共赢的,既是传统的也是开放的,既是多元的也是创新的,这7个方面共同构成了足球文化的多元价值体系。新征程足球文化建设的功能定位要从理论逻辑、现实逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑几方面整体把握:其是中国特色社会主义文化大发展、大繁荣的内在要求;是加快实现2035年远景目标的战略需求;是传承中华优秀传统文化,坚定文化自信的必然要求;是推动运动项目文化建设,增强体育文化软实力的发展要求。研究希冀以足球文化的多元价值体系为突破口,深挖足球文化内涵,以足球文化之兴带动足球竞技之强,助力足球强国梦、体育强国梦和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现。
Since the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has embarked on a new journey to build China into a modern socialist country in all respects and advance toward the Second Centenary Goal,and cultural development has been placed in a more prominent position.Sports culture is an important component of Chinese culture and an important support for advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts.This research starts with football culture to explore its multiple values,and then clarifies the functional orientation of strengthening football culture development on the new journey.The research holds that football culture has rich connotation and multiple values,namely it is both international and national,individual and collective,physical and mental,commercial and educational,contesting and win-win,traditional and modern,diversified and innovative.They together constitute the multi-value system of football culture.The functional orientation of the development of football culture on the new journey should be comprehensively grasped from the aspects of theoretical,realistic,historical and practical logics,which is the inherent requirement of the great development and prosperity of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,a strategic demand to accelerate the realization of the 2035 vision,an inevitable requirement for inheriting the fine traditional Chinese culture and strengthening cultural self-confidence,the development requirement of promoting the cultural development of sports events and enhancing the soft power of sports culture.This research intends to use this system as a breakthrough to explore the fundamental meaning of football culture,to promote football competitions under the direction of football culture,and to help realize the dreams of football power,sports power and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
