“AI+3D”赋能服装设计数智人才培养计划探索

摘要 随着数字时代的来临,服装业正由“传统制造”向“数智创造”转型。“AI+3D”技术将信息技术、生产数据和工艺优化有机结合,打通了服装创意生成与生产过程优化之间的一体化连接,同时依托3D技术构建从设计、制版到工艺仿真的虚拟服装设计流程。然而,当前服装设计与工艺专业的人才培养体系仍滞后于技术发展和产业变革。基于对行业实践的调研及教学试点试验,文章从“培养目标量化、课程体系重构、教学模式创新、保障机制落地”四个方面,构建了适应“AI+3D”发展的人才培养计划,旨在为服装设计与工艺专业的教学改革提供可操作的实践路径,并为服装设计与工艺专业的人才培养和未来服装业发展提供人才支撑。 With the advent of the digital era,the apparel industry is undergoing a transformation from"traditional manufacturing"to"digital-intelligent creation"."AI+3D"technology organically integrates information technology,production data and process optimisation,establishing a seamless connection between creative generation and production process optimisation in apparel.Simultaneously,it leverages 3D technology to construct a virtual garment design workflow spanning design,pattern-making and process simulation.However,the current talent cultivation system for apparel design and technology remains lagging behind technological advancements and industrial transformation.Based on industry practice research and pilot teaching trials,this article constructs a talent development plan adapted to"AI+3D"advancement through four dimensions:quantifying training objectives,restructuring the curriculum system,innovating teaching models,and implementing safeguarding mechanisms.It aims to provide an actionable practical pathway for teaching reform in apparel design and craftsmanship programmes,while offering talent support for both programme development and the future growth of the apparel industry.
