摘要
随着消费升级、气候变化以及地缘政治的复杂性,粮食安全进入新的发展阶段,大食物观的提出是对新发展阶段粮食安全问题的时代回应。本文从大食物观视角回顾了粮食安全理论演化与实践探索。基于此,应用系统动力学理论,构建出我国粮食供给侧、需求侧与监管侧的“三侧互动”理论模型,并提出该理论模型的应用场景与未来展望。本研究对当前大食物观下粮食安全问题的解决提供了一个新的视角和理论分析工具,对加强粮食安全全产业链保障,推动其可持续发展具有一定的现实意义。
With the upgrading of consumption,climate change and the complexity of geopolitics,food security has entered a new stage of development.The proposal of the concept of“big food”is a response to the food security issues in this new stage.This paper reviews the evolution of food security theory and practical exploration from the perspective of the“big food”concept.Based on this,it applies the theory and method of system dynamics to construct a theoretical model of“three-side interaction”of the supply side,demand side and regulatory side of China’s food,and proposes the application scenarios and prospects of this theoretical model.This study provides a new perspective and theoretical analysis tool for solving food security problems under the current“big food”concept and has certain practical significance for strengthening the full-chain guarantee of food security and promoting its sustainable development.
