摘要
数字技术应用业是实现产业数字化的重要支撑,研究影响其产业网络演化的因素对推动区域数字经济发展具有重要意义。文章以长三角地区为对象,采用社会网络分析法分析2013—2022年数字技术应用业的产业网络演化特征,并借助时间指数随机图模型(TERGM)对网络演化的内外影响因素进行全面分析。结果显示:网络整体结构方面,长三角数字技术应用业网络规模与密度逐年提升并且呈现典型“小世界”特征,网络结构由初期的单中心星型结构发展为多中心网状结构。影响因素方面,长三角数字技术应用业网络存在闭合性效应,且网络演化呈现明显的路径依赖特征。此外,人力资本水平、基础设施水平和组织邻近性3个要素对网络的形成产生显著正向效应。通过解析长三角数字技术应用业网络演化的整体特征和影响因素,本研究为区域产业协同发展提供了政策启示。
Analyzing the formation influencing factors of the industrial network of the digital technology application industry is essential for promoting regional digital economic development.Herein,we considered the Yangtze River Delta region as the object and used social network analysis to analyze the evolution characteristics of the industrial network of the digital technology application industry,from 2013 to 2022.We used the Temporal Exponential Random Graph Model(TERGM)to comprehensively analyze the endogenous and exogenous influencing factors of network evolution,with the aim of providing a theoretical basis and practical reference for the optimized development of the digital economy industrial network.Our results show that:1)from the perspective of network topology,the digital technology application industry network in the Yangtze River Delta region presents typical"small-world"characteristics.The spatial structure evolved from a single-center star shape in 2013 to a multicenter network in 2022.However,the"rich club"effect still exists in the network.2)In terms of endogenous factors,the expansion coefficient was significantly negative,indicating that the central nodes were more inclined to deepen existing cooperation rather than continuously expand the connection range.The transitivity coefficient is significantly negative,whereas the closure coefficient is significantly positive,indicating that the network is more inclined to maintain stability through direct closed relationships,and that the overall network shows a strong triangular closure effect.The stability coefficient is significantly positive,indicating that the network structure has a strong path-dependence characteristic.This reveals that despite the rapid iteration and change of digital technology and market environment,the industrial cooperation network shows obvious structural persistence.3)In terms of exogenous factors,the levels of human capital and infrastructure among the node attribute variables show a significant positive impact,indicating that high-quality talent and complete information infrastructure play an important supporting role in the formation of a digital industry network.The level of industrial structure advancement becomes insignificant after introducing the time-dependent term into the model,suggesting that industrial structure upgrading has a promoting effect on network cooperation in the short term,but its positive effect is diluted by the path dependence of the network in the long term.The per capita GDP is significantly negative,indicating that economically developed regions are more inclined to achieve development through the integration of internal resources and are more cautious about participating in external cooperation networks.Among the network covariates,geographical proximity is significantly negative,indicating that geographical proximity is an important factor in promoting industrial cooperation.Institutional proximity is not significant,indicating that the institutional constraints of administrative-level differences among cities in the Yangtze River Delta region have weakened significantly.Organizational proximity is significantly positive,reflecting that cities in the same province have higher convenience in policy coordination,resource allocation,and information sharing,thereby enhancing the possibility of collaboration.Based on this study,the following policy suggestions are proposed for the development of the digital technology application industry in the Yangtze River Delta region:1)implementing a multicenter gradient cultivation strategy to optimize the network structure layout;2)breaking administrative barriers and promoting cross-regional innovation collaboration;3)promoting the construction of digital infrastructure to consolidate development foundations.
