摘要
城市间的产业升级、产业转移和产业集聚使得产业生态化具有城市间的空间溢出效应,研究城市产业生态化协同性能够更精确的把握产业生态化转型的演变趋势,为区域产业生态化协同建设提供参考。本文采用熵权改进CRITIC法测算了2011—2019年长三角城市群产业生态化效能,通过引力模型构建有向复杂网络分析其产业生态化协同效应,结果显示:江浙沪地区核心城市产业生态化辐射能力较强,合肥辐射带动能力相对较弱;至2019年南京、合肥、芜湖、常州四个城市起着重要“桥梁作用”;网络密度由0.192提升至0.717,要重视提升属于第Ⅳ子群的安徽部分边缘城市的关联强度;QAP回归显示地理位置仍然是制约区域产业生态化协同程度的重要因素,经济发展、科技创新、城镇化对城市网络地位有显著影响。并据此提出相关政策建议。
The industrial upgrading,industrial transfer and industrial agglomeration between cities make the industrial ecology have the spatial spillover effect between cities.The study of urban industrial ecological synergy can more accurately grasp the evolution trend of industrial ecological transformation and provide reference for the collaborative construction of regional industrial ecology.In this paper,the entropy weight improved critical method is used to calculate the industrial ecological efficiency of urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta from 2011 to 2019.The directed complex network is constructed through the gravity model to analyze its industrial ecological synergy.The results show that the core cities in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai have strong industrial ecological radiation ability,the input intensity of Shanghai needs to be improved,and the radiation driving ability of Hefei is relatively weak;By 2019,Nanjing,Hefei,Wuhu and Changzhou will play an important"bridge role";The network density has increased from 0.192 to 0.717.We should pay attention to improving the correlation strength of some marginal cities in Anhui,which belong to subgroup IV;QAP regression shows that geographical location is still an important factor restricting the degree of regional industrial ecological synergy,while economic development,scientific and technological innovation and urbanization play a positive role.And put forward relevant policy suggestions accordingly.
