无缝线路高道床段落挡砟墙设置与稳定性分析

摘要 以敦煌铁路为例,保持既有道床断面不变,经稳定性分析确定高道床段挡砟墙最优尺寸,借助基于ZKH荷载的力学模型与朗肯土压力理论,对挡砟墙抗滑移与抗倾覆稳定性系统验算。采用高孔隙率透水性混凝土筑墙,提升排水与耐久性。结果表明,0.5 m(顶宽)×0.8 m(底宽)断面尺寸的挡砟墙完全符合设计要求,现场实际运用成效显著,且其有效性已在青藏铁路、敦煌铁路及包银高铁等既有工程案例中得到充分验证。本研究为高原高海拔地区铁路同类高道床道砟防护提供了可推广的技术方案,推动铁路工程技术发展创新。 This study takes the Dunhuang Railway as an example,keeping the existing track bed section unchanged.Through stability analysis,the optimal size of the ballast wall in the high track bed section is determined.With the help of the mechanical model based on ZKH load and the Rankian earth pressure theory,the anti-slip and anti-overturning stability system of the ballast wall is verified.Walls are constructed with high-porosity permeable concrete to enhance drinage and durability.The results show that the ballast retaining wall with a cross-sectional size of 0.5 m x0.8 m can meet the requirements,and the on-site application effect is good.Its effectiveness has been verified through examples such as the Qinghai-Xizang Railway,the Dunhuang Railway,and the Baotou-Yinchuan High-Speed Railway.This research provides a scalable technical solution for the protection of ballast on similar high track beds in high-altitude railway areas on plateaus,promoting the development and innovation of railway engineering technology.
