摘要
针对地铁钢弹簧浮置板轨道施工中的无缝线路焊接技术及维护保养措施问题,为了提升轨道整体性能与列车运行安全,依据先进的轨道施工技术理论,采用了优化焊接参数与先进检测手段的方法。深入探讨了无缝线路焊接技术在地铁钢弹簧浮置板轨道施工中的应用,通过精细化的焊前准备、严格的焊接工艺控制及全面的焊后检测与探伤,实现了无缝线路的高质量焊接。结果显示,采用先进的超声波检测与射线探伤技术,显著提升了焊接接头的质量,有效减少了焊接缺陷,确保了轨道的平稳与安全。通过实施这些措施,轨道维护成本降低了约20%,证明了其有效性和经济性。
In response to the welding technology and maintenance measures of seamless track in the construction of subway steel spring floating slab track,in order to improve the overall performance of the track and the safety of train operation,it has been conducted based on advanced track construction technology theory,using optimized welding parameters and advanced detection methods.The application of seamless track welding technology in the construction of subway steel spring floating plate tracks was deeply studied.Through refined pre-welding preparation,strict welding process control,and comprehensive post welding inspection and flaw detection,high-quality welding of seamless tracks was achieved.The results show that the use of advanced ultrasonic testing and radiographic inspection technology significantly improves the quality of welded joints,effectively reduces welding defects,and ensures the stability and safety of the track.By implementing these measures,the maintenance cost of the track has been reduced by about 20%,proving its effectiveness and economy.
