摘要
聚焦西安某小区地下换热站冬季供暖期间引发的噪声扰民投诉问题,通过实地调研与深入分析,剖析了噪声产生的根源,涵盖设计缺陷、设备运行故障等多方面因素。进而针对性地制定并实施降噪方案与维修策略,并阐述了具体措施及实施过程。最后,对降噪效果进行科学评价,结果表明投诉问题得到显著改善,有助于提升居民生活质量与和谐社区建设。
This article focuses on the noise nuisance complaints caused by the underground heat exchange station in a certain community in Xi’an during the winter heating period.Through field research and in-depth analysis,the root causes of the noise are analyzed,covering design defects,equipment operation failures,and other factors.Then,targeted noise reduction plans and maintenance strategies were fommulated and implemented,and the specific measures and implementation process were elaborated in detail.Finally,the noise reduction effect was scientifically evaluated,and the results showed that the complaint problem was significantly improved,providing a reference example for noise control in similar scenarios,and helping to improve the quality of life of residents and the construction of harmonious communities.
