摘要
基于即时检测(Point-of-Care Testing,POCT)技术的动物疫病快速检测方法因其操作简便、检测速度快、适用范围广等优点,在畜牧养殖、兽医临床及公共卫生领域展现出广阔的应用前景。本文以免疫层析试纸条、微流控芯片与纳米生物传感器三种典型POCT技术为研究对象,系统分析其在动物疫病检测中的原理、应用现状及发展趋势。通过对这些技术的比较分析,揭示了不同POCT技术在检测效率、成本控制、便携性等方面的优劣,为未来动物疫病快速检测技术的发展提供了理论依据和技术参考。本研究旨在为动物疫病防控提供科学依据和技术支持,助力畜牧业高质量发展。
Animal disease rapid detection methods based on POCT(Point-of-Care Testing)technology,due to their simplicity,fast detection speed,and wide applicability,demonstrate broad application prospects in livestock breeding,veterinary clinical practice,and public health fields.This paper focuses on three typical POCT technologies:immunochromatographic test strips,microfluidic chips,and nanobiological sensors,systematically analyzing their principles,current applications,and development trends in animal disease detection.Through comparative analysis of these technologies,the paper reveals the strengths and weaknesses of different POCT technologies in terms of detection efficiency,cost control,and portability,providing a theoretical basis and technical reference for the future development of rapid animal disease detection technology.This study aims to provide scientific support and technical assistance for animal epidemic prevention and control,contributing to the high-quality development of the livestock industry.
