摘要
研究氢氧化铝(Al(OH)_(3))和三氧化二锑(Sb_(2)O_(3))协同阻燃聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)的阻燃效果及阻燃机理。以纳米氢氧化铝(Nano-ATH)为阻燃剂,Sb_(2)O_(3)为阻燃协效剂,PVA溶液为基料,采用溶液混合法和流延成型法,制备阻燃PVA/Nano-ATH薄膜、阻燃PVA/Nano-ATH/Sb_(2)O_(3)薄膜和纯PVA薄膜。进行了燃烧性能测试、热重分析和热分解动力学分析,以获得阻燃性能优异的PVA阻燃膜,通过热重谱图(Thermogravimetric analysis,TGA)分析阻燃剂对复合材料阻燃性的影响,利用Flynne-Walle-Ozawa(FWO)方法研究PVA和PVA/Nano-ATH/Sb_(2)O_(3)的热分解行为。阻燃剂的加入使薄膜的阻燃性提高,随着阻燃剂含量提高薄膜的阻燃性变好。PVA/Nano-ATH/Sb_(2)O_(3)的阻燃性和耐热性优于PVA/Nano-ATH。Sb_(2)O_(3)和Al(OH)3具有协效阻燃的作用,能有效提高PVA的热稳定性,复合材料的阻燃性能得到显著提高。
This study investigates the flame-retardant effects and mechanisms of aluminum hydroxide(Al(OH)_(3))and antimony trioxide(Sb_(2)O_(3))synergistic with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA).Using Nano-aluminum hydroxide(Nano-ATH)as the primary flame retardant,Sb_(2)O_(3)as the synergistic agent,and PVA solution as the base material,we prepared flame-retardant PVA/Nano-ATH films,PVA/Nano-ATH/Sb_(2)O_(3)films,and pure PVA films through solution mixing and calendering processes.Combustion performance tests,thermogravimetric analysis,and thermal decomposition kinetics were conducted to obtain high-performance flame-retardant PVA films.Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)revealed the influence of flame retardants on composite materials′flame resistance,while the Flynne-Walle-Ozawa(FWO)method was employed to study the thermal decomposition behavior of both PVA and PVA/Nano-ATH/Sb_(2)O_(3).The addition of flame retardants significantly enhanced film flame retardancy,with improved performance achieved as the retardant content increased.The combination of PVA/Nano-ATH/Sb_(2)O_(3)demonstrated superior flame retardation and heat resistance compared to PVA/Nano-ATH alone.Both Sb_(2)O_(3)and Al(OH)3 exhibited synergistic flame-retardant effects,effectively improving PVA′s thermal stability and achieving remarkable enhancement in the composite material′s flame retardation performance.
