高黏度危废物料性质及焚烧可行性研究

摘要 在测定了高黏度危废物料基本理化性质的基础上,利用XPS和热重分析仪分别进行了元素、热解特性分析,选用秸秆、木屑、废活性炭与高黏度危废物料进行配比实验。研究结果表明,物料黏度为2200 mPa·s左右,热值为7573 cal/g;XPS元素分析显示,黏稠物料主要由C,O,Cl等3种元素构成,占比分别为83.75%,11.66%和4.59%;热重分析结果为黏稠危废物料总失重率为99.93%,最大失重速率温度为300℃。秸秆、木屑、废活性炭与高黏度危废物料质量比分别为1∶4.3,1∶4.0,1∶2.0时能够达到焚烧系统抓斗进料的可用比例。综合分析结果表明,秸秆作为掺合料的应用前景最好。 Based on the determination of the basic physical and chemical properties of high viscosity hazardous waste materials,the elemental and pyrolysis characteristics of hazardous waste materials are analyzed by XPS and thermogravimetric analyzer,respectively.On this basis,the proportion experiment of straw,wood chips,waste activated carbon and high viscosity hazardous waste material is carried out.The results show that the viscosity of the material is about 2200 mPa·s and the calorific value is 7573 Cal/kg.XPS analysis shows that the viscous materials are mainly composed of C,O and Cl,accounting for 83.75%,11.66%and 4.59%,respectively.Thermogravimetric analysis shows that the total weight loss rate of viscous hazardous waste material is 99.93%,and the maximum weight loss rate temperature is 300℃.When the weight ratios of straw,wood chips,waste activated carbon and high viscosity hazardous waste are 1:4.3,1:4 and 1:2,respectively,the available ratio of grab feed can be reached.The results of comprehensive analysis show that straw as admixture has the best application prospect.
