摘要
随着“高端化、智能化、绿色化”理念在工程机械领域的深入贯彻,工程机械厂家围绕隧道钻爆法施工装备开展系统性技术创新,推动传统钻爆工艺实现从“铁拳”到“智脑”的深刻变革。本文基于某公司最新研发成果,分析其全球首套纯电动隧道施工装备的技术特点,总结其在智能化、电动化与全流程协同方面的突破,并提出未来技术发展方向与政策建议。
With the in-depth implementation of the concepts of“high-endization,intelligentization and greenization”in the field of construction machinery,Construction machinery manufacturer has carried out systematic technological innovation around the tunnel drilling and blasting construction equipment,promoting a profound transformation of the traditional drilling and blasting process from“iron fist”to“intelligent brain”.Based on the latest R&D achievements of the company,this paper analyzes the technical characteristics of the world’s first set of pure electric tunnel construction equipment,summarizes its breakthroughs in intelligence,electrification and full-process collaboration,and proposes future technological development directions and policy suggestions.
