功能石膏板的研究与应用进展

摘要 石膏板作为建筑领域常用的内墙材料与装饰基材,凭借轻质、防火、隔声及施工便捷等核心优势,在住宅、商业建筑及公共设施中实现了广泛应用。然而,随着全球绿色建筑理念的深化推进与智能建造技术的快速发展,传统石膏板单一的围护与装饰功能已难以满足现代建筑对节能降耗、环境调节、健康保障及智能响应的多元化需求。本文介绍了功能石膏板的研究与应用进展,重点聚焦保温隔热型、净化型、防火、防潮耐水型等功能石膏板,从制备技术原理、功能实现机制、性能优化路径及工程应用案例四个维度展开深入分析。针对低碳建筑与健康人居领域的发展需求,展望了功能石膏板在健康功能强化、多功能集成、能量耦合、绿色低碳及智能数字化融合方向的发展趋势,以期为新型建筑功能材料的研发创新、技术突破及产业化推广提供理论支撑与实践参考。 As a commonly used interior wall material and decorative substrate in the construction field,gypsum board has been widely used in residential buildings,commercial buildings and public facilities due to its core advantages such as light weight,fire prevention,sound insulation and convenient construction.However,with the in-depth advancement of the global Green Building concept and the rapid development of intelligent construction technologies,the single enclosure and decoration function of traditional gypsum board has been difficult to meet the diversified demands of modern buildings for energy conservation,environmental regulation,health protection and intelligent response.This paper introduces the research and application progress of functional gypsum boards,focusing on functional gypsum boards such as thermal insulation,purification,fire prevention,moisture resistance and water resistance.In-depth analysis is conducted from four dimensions:preparation technology principle,function realization mechanism,performance optimization paths and engineering application cases.In view of the development needs of low-carbon buildings and healthy living areas,the future development trend of functional gypsum board are prospected,including the enhancement of health functions,multi-functional integration,energy coupling,green low-carbon and intelligent digital integration,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the research and development innovation,technological breakthrough and industrialization promotion of new building functional materials.
