水杨酸及γ-氨基丁酸对枇杷幼苗硒富集及抗氧化能力的影响

Effects of Salicylic Acid andγ-Aminobutyric Acid on Selenium Accumulation and Antioxidant Capacity in Loquat Seedlings

摘要 【目的】探讨水杨酸和γ-氨基丁酸对枇杷幼苗硒富集及抗氧化能力的影响,筛选出枇杷高效富硒的最佳方案。【方法】采用1 a生‘春花’枇杷苗为材料,以叶面喷施清水为对照(CK),研究叶面喷施0.25 mg/L亚硒酸钠溶液(Se)、0.25 mg/L亚硒酸钠和250 mg/L水杨酸溶液(Se+SA)、0.25 mg/L亚硒酸钠和1.5 g/Lγ-氨基丁酸溶液(Se+GABA)、及三者同时喷施(Se+SA+GABA)对枇杷幼苗生长及光合色素含量、抗氧化酶活性及硒富集特征的影响。【结果】Se处理显著提高了枇杷幼苗根系、地上部硒含量及富集量;与Se处理相比,Se+SA处理显著提高了幼苗硒含量及富集量,其中根系、地上部硒含量增幅分别为20.64%和21.84%,根系、地上部富集量增幅分别为22.31%和23.64%。同样,Se+GABA处理较Se处理显著提高了幼苗硒含量及富集量,根系、地上部硒含量增幅分别为18.65%和19.23%,根系、地上部富集量增幅分别为19.69%和19.85%。其中,Se+SA处理升高幅度最大。而Se+SA+GABA处理下以上指标均有所降低。与CK相比,Se处理下幼苗SOD、POD、CAT活性和叶绿素总量分别增加了4.22%、21.76%、13.13%和21.83%。与Se相比,Se+SA处理使幼苗叶绿素总量、SOD和POD活性分别提高了15.98%、3.62%和17.23%;Se+GABA处理使幼苗叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量和SOD活性增加了23.45%、6.39%和4.01%;Se+SA+GABA处理使叶绿素b和POD活性分别提高了5.17%和7.37%,叶绿素a、叶绿素总量和类胡萝卜素含量则降低了2.19%、1.07%和6.39%。【结论】叶面单独喷施亚硒酸钠或亚硒酸钠分别与水杨酸、γ-氨基丁酸复合及三者复合处理均可不同程度地提高枇杷光合色素含量、地上部硒富集能力和抗氧化能力,其中以亚硒酸钠与γ-氨基丁酸复合处理效果最佳,其次是亚硒酸钠与水杨酸复合及亚硒酸钠处理,而亚硒酸钠、水杨酸与γ-氨基丁酸三者复合处理的效果较差。 【Objective】This study aimed to investigate the effects of salicylic acid(SA)andγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)on selenium accumulation and antioxidant capacity in loquat seedlings,and to identify the optimal strategy for enhancing Se accumulation efficiently.【Method】One-year-old‘Chunhua’loquat seedlings were used as materials.Treatments consisted of foliar spraying with:distilled water(CK),0.25 mg/L sodium selenite(Se),0.25 mg/L sodium selenite plus 250 mg/L salicylic acid(Se+SA),0.25 mg/L sodium selenite plus 1.5 g/L γ-aminobutyric acid(Se+GABA),and the threecomponent combination(Se+SA+GABA).The effects on seedling growth,photosynthetic pigment content,antioxidant enzymes activities,and Se accumulation characteristics were analyzed.【Result】The Se treatment significantly increased Se content and accumulation in both roots and shoots.Compared with Se alone,the Se+SA treatment further enhanced Se content and accumulation,raising root and shoot Se content by 20.64%and 21.84%,and root and shoot Se accumulation by 22.31%and 23.64%,respectively.Similarly,the Se+GABA treatment also significantly increased Se content and accumulation relative to Se treatment,with root and shoot Se content rising by 18.65%and 19.23%,and accumulation by 19.69%and 19.85%,respectively.Among the treatments,Se+SA exhibited the greatest enhancement effect.In contrast,the Se+SA+GABA combination reduced these Se-related parameters.Compared with CK,the Se treatment increased SOD,POD,and CAT activities and total chlorophyll content by 4.22%,21.76%,13.13%,and 21.83%,respectively.Relative to the Se treatment,Se+SA increased total chlorophyll content,SOD,and POD activities by 15.98%,3.62%,and 17.23%,respectively.Se+GABA enhanced total chlorophyll,carotenoid content and SOD activity by 23.45%,6.39%and 4.01%,respectively.Se+SA+GABA increased chlorophyll b and POD activity by 5.17%and 7.37%,but decreased chlorophyll a,total chlorophyll,and carotenoid content by 2.19%,1.07%,and 6.39%,respectively.【Conclusion】Treatments with Se,Se+SA,Se+GABA,and Se+SA+GABA can improve photosynthetic pigment content,shoot Se accumulation,and antioxidant capacity in loquat seedlings.Among these,the Se+GABA treatment showed the most significant overall effect,followed by Se+SA and Se alone,while Se+SA+GABA exhibited the weakest efficacy.
