摘要
【目的】探究低氮胁迫对4种柑橘砧木生长及生化特性影响,综合比较4种柑橘砧木耐低氮能力。【方法】以枳橙、香橙、酸柚和红柠檬4种柑橘砧木幼苗为材料,采用基质固定法,测定了低氮和正常氮处理下砧木根系形态、叶片光合指标、叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶活性及渗透调节物质差异。【结果】与正常氮相比,低氮胁迫下4种柑橘砧木的株高、茎粗、地上部干重和根系干重均被抑制。其中,香橙株高下降最少;枳橙茎粗、地上部干重下降最少;酸柚根系干重下降最少,红柠檬下降最多;4种柑橘砧木总根长、根表面积增加,根体积和根平均直径有所下降。低氮胁迫下4种砧木叶绿素a含量下降最少为0.41%~3.59%,叶绿素b下降37.50%~49.26%;4种砧木净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和Fv/Fm均下降,抗氧化酶SOD、POD和CAT酶活上升;可溶性蛋白含量下降,可溶性糖含量上升。【结论】综合各项指标,并利用隶属函数和熵值法得出4种柑橘砧木的耐低氮能力为:酸柚>枳橙>红柠檬>香橙。
【Objective】The effects of low nitrogen stress on the growth and biochemical characteristics of four citrus rootstocks were clarified,and the low nitrogen tolerance of different citrus rootstocks was comprehensively evaluated.【Method】The morphological development,photosynthetic indexes,chlorophyll content,antioxidant enzyme activity and osmotic adjustment substances of citrus rootstocks under low nitrogen and normal treatments were determined by matrix fixation method with four citrus rootstock seedlings of Ruta Citrange,Citrus junos,Citrus grandis and Citrus limon as materials.【Result】The plant height,stem diameter,aboveground dry weight and root dry weight of the four citrus rootstocks were inhibited under low nitrogen stress.Among the rootstocks,the plant height of Citrus junos decreased the least;the stem diameter and aboveground dry weight of Ruta Citrange decreased the least;the root dry weight of Citrus grandis decreased the least,whereas Citrus limon decreased the most.The total root length and root surface area of the four citrus rootstocks increased,whereas the root volume and average root diameter decreased.Under conditions of low nitrogen stress,the reduction in chlorophyll a content across the four rootstock varieties ranged from 0.41%to 3.59%,while chlorophyll b decreased by 37.50%to 49.26%.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs)and Fv/Fm of the four rootstocks decreased,and the activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD,POD and CAT increased.Soluble protein content decreased,while soluble sugar content increased.【Conclusion】Based on the comprehensive indexes,and using the membership function and entropy method,the low nitrogen tolerance ability of four citrus rootstocks was determined to be in the order of Citrus grandis>Ruta Citrange>Citrus limon>Citrus junos.
