摘要
目的:探讨系统化心理干预在脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年12月甘肃医学院附属医院收治的脑卒中患者180例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各90例。对照组采用神经内科常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展系统化心理干预。对比两组患者认知功能、日常生活能力、负性情绪及满意度。结果:干预后,观察组简易精神状态检查量表、日常生活活动能力量表评分高于对照组(P<0.001);干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组满意度高于对照组(P=0.017)。结论:通过对脑卒中患者开展系统化心理干预,可显著改善其认知功能和日常生活能力,缓解负性情绪,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of systematic psychological intervention in patients with stroke.Methods:A total of 180 stroke patients admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Gansu Medical College from January 2023 and December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 90 patients in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation care at Department of Neurology,while the observation group received systematic psychological intervention on the basis of control group.The cognitive function,daily living ability,negative emotions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of mini-mental state examination and activities of daily living scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).After the intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.017).Conclusion:Systematic psychological intervention in stroke patients can significantly improve their cognitive function and activities of daily living,relieve negative emotions,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
