摘要
目的:探究妊娠糖尿病产妇产后早期母婴皮肤接触对新生儿的影响。方法:选取北京美中宜和妇儿医院新生儿科2022年1月—2023年5月收治的100例母亲患妊娠糖尿病的新生儿,采用随机数字表法分为参照组与试验组,各50例。参照组给予常规护理,试验组在参照组基础上给予产后早期母婴皮肤接触。对比两组低血糖发生率、治疗效果及不良事件发生情况。结果:试验组新生儿低血糖发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组恢复出生体质量时间、达足量喂养时间、住院时间短于参照组(P<0.05),满月日摄入奶量大于参照组(P<0.001);试验组不良事件总发生率低于参照组(P=0.025)。结论:产后早期母婴皮肤接触对母亲患妊娠糖尿病的新生儿的作用显著,能有效降低新生儿低血糖发生率,促进生长发育,降低不良反应发生风险。
Objective:To explore the effect of mother-infant skin contact on newborns in early postpartum period of parturients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 100 newborns whose mother had gestational diabetes mellitus and who were admitted to Department of Pediatrics at Amcare Women's and Children's Hospital in Beijing from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected.They were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group received routine care,while the experimental group received early postpartum mother-infant skin contact on the basis of the reference group.The incidence of hypoglycemia,treatment effects and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The time to regain birth weight,time to reach full feeding,and length of hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05),and the daily milk intake after the first month of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P=0.025).Conclusion:Early postpartum motherinfant skin contact has a significant effect on newborns whose mother has gestational diabetes mellitus,and can effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia,promote the growth and development,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
