摘要
血栓性浅静脉炎(SVT)是一种常见的周围血管疾病,中医学称其为“青蛇毒”。SVT以下肢发病较为多见,以浅静脉血栓形成为特点,表现为局部有条索状硬结伴红肿热痛,严重影响患者生活质量。该文简要总结了李浩杰教授治疗思路,即在治疗SVT时注重整体观念,以湿热瘀阻为病机特点,运用四妙散加减,注重肝脾调治,善用虫类药物,配合外治法,可取得显著效果。文章整理了李浩杰教授治疗SVT的经典医案,为SVT的临床治疗提供参考。
Superficial thrombophlebitis(SVT)is a common peripheral vascular disease,and is called“acute thrombophlebitis”in traditional Chinese medicine.SVT predominantly affects the lower extremities,and is characterized by the formation of superficial venous thrombosis,with manifestations such as localized cord-like indurations accompanied by redness,swelling,heat,and pain,thus significantly impairing patients'quality of life.This article briefly summarizes the treatment approaches of Professor Li Haojie,who proposes to emphasize the holistic perspective in treating SVT,consider the blockade of damp-heat and static blood as the pathological mechanism feature,apply the modified Simiao powder,emphasize the regulation of liver and spleen functions,skillfully employ insect-based medications,and combine with external treatment methods,which may achieve remarkable outcomes.This article sorts classical medical records of SVT treated by Professor Li Haojie,aiming to provide references for the clinical treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis.
