不同栽培基质对卡特兰组培苗生长的影响

Effects of Different Cultivation Substrates on the Growth of Cattleya Tissue Culture Seedlings

摘要 采用随机区组试验设计,选用2种卡特兰无性系组培苗作为研究对象,研究不同栽培基质对卡特兰组培苗移栽初期生长的影响。试验设置4个处理,T1用基质A(杉木屑:火山石=5:1)移栽无性系FX53-2,T2用基质B(白水苔)移栽卡特兰无性系FX53-2,T3用基质A移栽卡特兰无性系FX46,T4用基质B移栽卡特兰无性系FX46,测量植株成活率、株高、根长、叶绿素含量及根系活力等指标。结果表明:(1)T3植株成活率最高,T4株高生长最快,T1平均根长最长。(2)不同基质栽培卡特兰无性系FX53-2,对植株叶绿素a有极显著影响(P<0.01),对叶绿素b有显著影响(P<0.05),对叶绿素总量有极显著影响(P<0.01),对根系活力无显著影响。(3)不同基质栽培卡特兰无性系FX46,对植株叶绿素a含量有显著影响(P<0.05),对植株叶绿素b含量、叶绿素总量和根系活力无显著影响。(4)FX46植株叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、叶绿素总量以及根系活力优于FX53-2。综上,在该试验条件下,卡特兰无性系FX46优于无性系FX53-2,基质B优于基质A。 The experiment employed a randomized block design with tissue-cultured seedlings derived from two Catalpa bignonioides clones as the research subjects,which aims to investigate the effects of different substrates on early transplanting growth of Catalpa tissue-cultured seedlings.The experiment set up four treatments,including ransplanting the Cattlan clonal FX53-2 with substrate A(fir wood chips:volcanic stone=5:1)(T1),transplanting the Cattlan clonal FX53-2 with substrate B(white Sphagnum moss)(T2),transplanting the Cattlan clonal FX46 with substrate A(fir wood chips:volcanic stone=5:1)(T3),transplanting the Cattlan clonal FX53-2 with substrate B(white Sphagnum moss)(T4),measurement of transplanting survival rate,plant height,root length,chlorophyll content and root activity.Results indicated that:(1)Treatment T3 achieved the highest survival rate,T4 exhibited the fastest shoot growth,and T1 developed the longest roots;(2)For FX53-2,substrate type significantly affected chlorophyll a(P<0.01),chlorophyll b(P<0.05),and total chlorophyll(P<0.01),but not root activity;(3)For FX46,only chlorophyll a was significantly influenced(P<0.05);(4)FX46 demonstrated superior performance in all chlorophyll parameters and root activity compared to FX53-2.In conclusion,under the experimental conditions,Catalpa clone FX46 performed better than FX53-2,and substrate B(white sphagnum moss)was superior to substrate A(fir wood chips:volcanic stone=5:1).
