摘要
随着国有企业深化改革与数字化转型的不断推进,投资项目管理面临规模扩大、流程复杂化及监管难度提升等挑战。文章基于“全生命周期”管理理念,设计并实现了一套涵盖投前、投中、投后三大阶段的投资项目管理系统,集成项目立项、决策审批、过程监管及智能预警等核心模块,实现了投资项目的一体化闭环管控。应用结果表明,该系统有效提升了投资管理的科学性、规范性与运营效率,为同类企业提供了可借鉴的数字化管理实践。
As the deepening of reforms and the continuous advancement of digital transformation in state-owned enterprises,investment project management faces challenges such as expanding scale,increasing process complexity,and elevated regulatory difficulty.Based on the“full lifecycle”management concept,this paper designs and implements an investment project management system covering the three major stages of pre-investment,during-investment,and postinvestment.The system integrates core modules including project initiation,decision-making approval,process supervision,and intelligent early-warning,realizing integrated closed-loop management and control of investment projects.Application results demonstrate that the system effectively enhances the scientificity,standardization,and operational efficiency of investment management,providing a referential digital management practice for similar enterprises.
