摘要
新冠肺炎疫情給中小企业带来巨大冲击,數字经济的发展和数字化的应用为中小企业走出困境提供了助力,数字化转型成为企业发展的必然选项。然而,在后疫情时代,中小企业数字化转型过程中仍面临资金缺乏、数字化人才短缺、基础薄弱以及转型契合度不确定等诸多困难与挑战。应当从构建数字经济生态系统,帮助走出融资困境,防止出现“数字鸿沟”,树立转型标杆以及加快数字化人才队伍培养五个方面入手寻求破解之道,为中小企业数字化转型激发活力、增添动力、提升竞争力,以数字化转型推动经济高质量发展。
The COVID-19 has exerted a huge impact to the small and medium enterprises (the "SMEs").The development of the digital economy and digital application has provided assistance for the SMEs to get out of difficulties.Digitized transformation has become an inevitable choice for enterprises.However,in the post-epidemic era,the SMEs are still faced with many difficulties and challenges in the process of digitized transformation,such as lack of funds,shortage of talents,weak foundation and uncertain fitting degree during transformation.To address them,we should establish a digital economic ecosystem;help to overcome financing difficulties;prevent the emergence of "digital divide";and set up the transformation benchmark and speed up the training of a talent pool for digitization,so as to stimulate vitality of the SMEs,give impetus to them and enhance their competitiveness in the digitized transformation,and promote high-quality economic development through the digitized transformation.
