摘要
生物油由农作物秸秆、动物粪便、地沟油等生物质经热解或分流提纯等途径获得,具有可再生、储量丰富、环保等优点。总结生物油的来源、制备生物沥青的工艺流程及其改性机理,并对不同类型生物油制备的生物沥青在路用性能方面的表现进行了综述。研究表明,生物油改性沥青被应用在路面工程中具有显著优势,展现出了广阔的应用前景,不仅推动了农林业废弃物的资源化利用,而且可有效应对全球石油资源供求失衡的危机。未来的研究应重点关注优化制备工艺、降低成本以及提高其大规模应用的可行性。
Bio oil is obtained from biomass such as crop straw,animal manure,and gutter oil through pyrolysis or diversion purification,and has the advantages of being renewable,abundant in reserves,and environmentally friendly.It summarized the sources of bio oil,the process flow of preparing bio asphalt,and its modification mechanism,and summarized the performance of bio asphalt prepared from different types of bio oil in road performance.Research showed that the application of bio oil modified asphalt in road engineering has significant advantages and broad application prospects.It not only promoted the resource utilization of agricultural and forestry waste,but also effectively addressed the crisis of global oil resource supply and demand imbalance.Future research should focus on optimizing the preparation process,reducing costs,and improving the feasibility of its large-scale application.
