一种高可靠的飞机级故障预测与健康管理硬件平台

A highly reliable aircraft-level prognostics and health management hardware platform

摘要 随着战场时空的急剧压缩,飞机先进性、复杂性大大提高,现有飞机维修保障负担过重、保障规模过大、保障费用在装备全寿命周期费用中所占比例过高等问题日益突出,因此在飞机飞行过程中实现状态监控、故障诊断、寿命预测等显得十分重要,然而对此硬件平台的设计方案尚无明确的分析与研究。针对上述问题,本文提出一种高可靠的飞机级故障预测与健康管理硬件平台设计方案,分析方案的总体架构,为飞机级健康管理和故障预测提供硬件平台,为故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术全面的工程转化应用提供基础。 With the rapid advancement and escalating complexity of modern aircraft,issues such as excessive maintenance support burdens,oversized support scales,and disproportionately high support costs relative to total lifecycle costs of equipment have become increasingly prominent.Consequently,realizing real-time condition monitoring,fault diagnosis,and life prediction during in-flight operations has emerged as a critical requirement.However,there remains a lack of systematic analysis and research on the design of dedicated hardware platforms to enable these capabilities.To address this gap,this paper proposes a highly reliable aircraft-level prognostics and health management hardware platform design,and introduces the overall architecture of this platform,to provide a robust hardware foundation for comprehensive aircraft-level health management and fault prediction,thereby laying the groundwork for the full-scale engineering implementation and application of prognostics and health management(PHM)technology.
