摘要
针对传统勘察设计项目管理中存在的信息孤岛、响应迟缓和协作低效等问题,本文提出了一种基于信息流全周期管控的项目管理方法。通过对信息流理论、敏捷项目管理理论和协同工作理论的创新应用,构建了一个“信息驱动-快速响应-团队共创”的闭环式管理框架。该方法通过重塑工作程序、统一信息标准格式、搭建设计协同平台,优化了项目全生命周期的进度、质量和资源配置。实践案例表明,该方法显著提高了项目管理效率,降低了对经验的过度依赖,提升了单位和项目的整体生产力,具有广泛的应用前景。
This paper addresses the issues of information silos,slow response,and inefficient collaboration prevalent in traditional survey and design project management.We propose a project management method based on the fulllifecycle control of information flow.By innovatively applying information flow theory,agile project management theory,and collaborative work theory,we have constructed a closedloop management framework characterized by"information-driven,rapid response,and team co-creation.'This method optimizes the progress,quality,and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle by reshaping work procedures,unifying information standard formats,and establishing a collaborative design platform.Practical case studies demonstrate that this method significantly improves project management efficiency,reduces over-reliance on experience,and enhances the overall productivity of both the orga nization and the project,showing broad application prospects.
