摘要
随着现代农业加速发展,推动小农户与现代农业的有效衔接、破解农业生产中“谁来种地”“怎样种地”的现实困境,已成为我国农业发展亟待攻克的关键课题。农业生产托管服务在此背景下顺势兴起,成为重要解决方案。但从全国发展现状来看,这一服务模式仍处于发展完善阶段,如何进一步推进各地区农业生产托管工作、健全相关服务体系,已成为当前业界与学界热议的焦点议题。基于上述背景,通过对农业生产托管服务工作的推进情况、实施过程、实施效果探索其联农带农情况,并对其内在逻辑进行研究。
With the accelerated development of modern agriculture,promoting the effective connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,and solving the practical difficulties of"who will farm"and"how to farm"in agricultural production have become key issues that urgently need to be overcome in China's agricultural development.Agricultural production custody services have emerged as an important solution in this context.However,from the perspective of the current national development status,this service model is still in the stage of development and improvement.How to further promote agricultural production trusteeship work in various regions and improve related service systems has become a hot topic of discussion in the industry and academia.Based on the above background,this study explores the integration of agriculture and rural development through the promotion,implementation process,and effectiveness of agricultural production trust services,and studies its internal logic.
