摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和实地调研法等研究方法,从系统化布局、全民化参与、产业化运作、智慧化赋能等方面分析苏超联赛的现实图景。提炼苏超联赛赋能城市体育活力的核心经验:一是政府主导,建立政策法规保障机制;二是“金字塔”竞赛体系,筑牢联赛根基;三是地域文化与城市建设共生,激活“赛事+城市品牌”融合产业链;四是数字化平台广泛应用,服务体育产业高质量发展。探讨苏超联赛对激活我国城市体育活力的多维启示:加强顶层设计作为提升之重;鼓励全民参与作为提升之魂;健全法治体系作为提升之基;持续深化改革作为提升之策。
This study employs research methods like literature review,logical analysis,and field investigation to analyze the realistic prospect of the Jiangsu City Football League Su Chao for short,focusing on its systematic framework,national engagement,industrial operations,and digital integration.This study extracts Core experience of Su Chao in enpowering urban sports vitality.Firstly,government-led,establishing a policy and legal guarantee mechanism;secondly,a“pyramid”competition system,laying a solid foundation for the league;thirdly,the symbiosis of regional culture and urban construction,activating the integrated industrial chain of“events+urban brands”;fourthly,the extensive application of digital platforms,serving the high-quality development of the sports industry.The study also explores multi-dimensional enlightenment of the Su Chao on activating urban sports in China,emphasizing the top-level design as the key to improvement;encouraging full participation as the soul of enhancement;perfecting the legal system as the foundation for process;and continuously deepening reforms as the strategy for advancement.
