摘要
为培育具备创新思维与临床转化能力的复合型药学人才,本研究聚焦神经退行性疾病这一重大公共卫生问题的药物研发需求,运用苏格拉底式提问法系统构建药物化学特色案例资源库,采用对话式探究替代单向知识传输模式,着力在具备学科交叉知识体系的药物化学专业教学中构建特色案例教学体系。该教学体系可强化学生跨学科能力,系统培养具备创新思维与临床药物研发潜能的复合型药学人才。
To cultivate interdisciplinary pharmaceutical talents with innovative thinking and clinical translation capabilities,this study focuses on the drug development needs for neurodegenerative diseases,a major public health issue.Using the Socratic questioning method,a medicinal chemistry-focused case resource database is systematically constructed.A dialogical inquiry approach is employed to replace the traditional one-way knowledge transmission model,aiming to build a distinctive case-based teaching system in medicinal chemistry that integrates interdisciplinary knowledge.This teaching system strengthens students'interdisciplinary abilities and systematically cultivates pharmaceutical talents with innovative thinking and potential for clinical drug development.
