4种5356铝合金焊丝用线杆的微观组织及焊丝的焊接性能对比

Comparison of microstructure of 5356 aluminum alloy wire rods for four types of welding wires and their welding performance

摘要 采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、微机控制电液伺服万能试验机、X射线衍射仪对比分析了国产铸锭挤压、国产水平连铸、国产连铸连轧以及进口连铸连轧等4种不同工艺成形的退火态5356铝合金线杆的晶粒尺寸、第二相形貌以及成品焊丝的焊接性能。结果表明:进口和国产连铸连轧线杆平均晶粒尺寸较为细小,分别为6.7μm和6.8μm,第二相呈细小的块状或颗粒状,尺寸分别为0.4~2μm和50~200 nm。国产铸锭挤压线杆和水平连铸线杆平均晶粒尺寸较为粗大,分别为为48.5μm和31.3μm,第二相形貌不规则,尺寸较大;国产铸锭挤压线杆制备的焊丝焊缝抗拉强度最高,达290 MPa,而水平连铸线杆制备的焊丝焊缝断后伸长率最高,达14.5%。线杆加工工艺、化学成分、组织形貌、第二相等对焊丝的性能有着复杂而重要的影响,是今后研究的方向。 The grain sizes,second phase morphology,and welding performance of 5356 aluminum-alloy-wire-rod annealed raw materials formed by four different processes,including domestic billet extrusion,domestic horizontal continuous casting,domestic continuous casting and rolling,and imported continuous casting and rolling,were compared and analyzed using scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine,and X-ray diffractometer.The results show that the average grain sizes of imported and domestic continuous casting and rolling materials are relatively fine,with sizes of 6.7μm and 6.8μm,respectively.The second phases are in the form of small blocks or particles,with sizes of 0.4μm-2μm and 50 nm-200 nm,respectively.The average grain sizes of domestically-produced billet extruded material and horizontal continuous casting material are relatively coarse,with sizes of 48.5μm and 31.3μm,respectively.The second phases have irregular morphologies and larger sizes.The tensile strength of the welding seam prepared from domestically-produced billet extruded materials is the highest,reaching 290 MPa,while the after-fracture elongation of the welding seam prepared from horizontal continuous-casting materials is the highest,reaching 14.5%.The processing technology,chemical composition,microstructure,and second phase of wire rods have a complex and important impact on the performance of welding wire,which is the direction for future control and improvement.
