摘要
研究不同铸造工艺生产的Al-9.2Zn-2.1Mg-2.2Cu合金铸锭对其最终挤压型材组织性能的影响,从而确定合理的铸造工艺。利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜、透射电镜等分析手段,分析了高速热顶铸造、低速热顶铸造和普通半连续铸造三种铸造工艺生产的Al-9.2Zn-2.1Mg-2.2Cu合金的铸态组织、挤压态组织、固溶态组织及三级时效态组织。结果表明,普通半连续铸造的铸锭挤压的型材经固溶处理后,再结晶程度低,纤维组织以小角度晶界为主,合金的断裂韧性、抗拉强度和耐腐蚀性能等综合性能较好。
To determine proper casting process,the performance of final extrusion products has been studied with Al-9.2Zn-2.1Mg-2.2Cu aluminum alloy ingots cast with different parameters.The as-cast microstructure,extruded microstructure,solid solution microstructure,and tertiary aging microstructure of Al-9.2Zn-2.1Mg-2.2Cu new aluminum alloy cast by three different processes were analyzed using optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,and transmission electron microscope.The results show that after solution heat treatment of the ingots that were cast with direct chill casting,the degree of recrystallization is low,and the fiber structure is mainly composed of small-angle grain boundaries,the comprehensive properties is good,such as fracture toughness,tensile strength and corrosion resistance.
