摘要
70年来特别是新时代以来,在党中央的领导下,新疆各族人民共同当家作主,不断夺取社会主义革命、建设和改革开放的伟大胜利,创造举世瞩目成就,经验弥足珍贵。只有坚持中国共产党领导,坚持中国特色社会主义道路,坚持和完善民族区域自治制度,坚持新时代党的治疆方略,坚持以党的理论创新引领新疆实践创新,坚持铸牢中华民族共同体意识,坚持全面深化改革开放,坚持构建新时代兵团维稳戍边新优势,才能实现新疆长治久安、繁荣发展,共创中华民族的美好未来。“十五五”期间,新时代党的治疆方略必将更加持续彰显伟力,全疆各族人民更加紧密团结在以习近平同志为核心的党中央周围,不忘初心再启航,接续奋斗创辉煌,新疆必定是令世界更加瞩目的宝地,现代化建设必定取得举世瞩目的新成就,党中央赋予新疆“五大战略定位”的作用必定更加凸显。
Over the past 70 years,especially in the new era,under the leadership of the Party Central Committee,the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang have jointly taken charge of the country,continuously achieved great victories in socialist revolution,construction,and reform and opening up,and created remarkable achievements that have attracted worldwide attention.The experience is invaluable.Only by upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China,adhering to the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,upholding and improving the system of regional ethnic autonomy,abiding by the Party’s strategy for governing Xinjiang in the new era,taking the Party’s theoretical innovations as the guide for Xinjiang’s practical innovations,forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,advancing comprehensive deepening of reform and opening up,and building new advantages for the XPCC in maintaining stability and garrisoning the border in the new era can we achieve the long-term stability and prosperity of Xinjiang and jointly create a bright future for the Chinese nation.During the period of the 15th Five-Year Plan,the Party’s strategy for governing Xinjiang in the new era will keep demonstrating its tremendous power more sustainably.All ethnic groups across Xinjiang will unite more closely around the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core.Holding fast to their original aspiration,they will embark on a new journey and continue their striving to create glorious achievements.Xinjiang is bound to become a treasure land drawing even greater attention from the world,score remarkable new accomplishments in its modernization drive that will be watched with admiration worldwide,and further highlight the role of the“Five Major Strategic Positions”entrusted to it by the Party Central Committee.
