摘要
本病例报道了1例80岁男性患者,因前列腺癌接受治疗过程中出现严重不良反应并最终死亡的情况。患者在口服阿帕他胺片进行内分泌治疗后,出现全身多发皮疹等一系列症状,经多科室会诊及后续诊断,考虑为Stevens-Johnson综合征/中毒性表皮坏死松解症继发急性呼吸窘迫综合征,尽管积极抢救,但因患者年龄大且合并多种基础疾病,最终抢救无效死亡。通过对该病例的详细分析,探讨相关药物不良反应与死亡之间的关联性,为进一步临床用药安全提供参考。
This case report describes t he situation of an 80-year-old male pat ient who experienced severe adverse reactions and ultimately died during the treatment of prostate cancer.Afte r taking apalutamide tablets for endo crine therapy,the patient developed a serie s of symptoms,including multiple rash es all over the body.After consultatio n with multiple departments and subsequ ent diagnosis,it was considered that the patient had Stevens-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis fol lowed by acute respiratory distress s yndrome.Despite active resuscitation,the patient died due to his advanced age and multiple underlying diseases.Through a detailed analysis of this case,the a ssociation between the adverse drug re actions and death was explored,provid ing a reference for further clinical m edication safety.
