摘要
目的建立复方黄花洗剂的质量控制方法。方法复方黄花洗剂中的蛇床子、黄柏运用薄层色谱法(TLC)进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定复方黄花洗剂中蛇床子素的含量,色谱柱为Welch Ultimate^(®)XB-C_(18)(4.6×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35),流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长为322 nm,柱温为35℃。结果蛇床子、黄柏TLC图斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。蛇床子素在0.0600~0.4501μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为104.23%,RSD为1.54%(n=6)。结论该方法准确简便,重现性好,可用于复方黄花洗剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality control method of Compound HuangHua Lotion.METHODS Fructus cnidii and phellodendron in Compound HuangHua Lotion were qualitatively identified by the thin layer chromatography(TLC).The content of fructocetin in Compound HuangHua Lotion was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)using Welch Ultimate^(®)XB-C_(18)(4.6×250 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was methanol-water(65∶35)and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The detection wavelength was 322 nm and the column temperature was 35℃.RESULTS The TLC patterns of Fructus cnidii and Phellodendri were clear,the separations were good,and the negative control had no interference.Fructocetin had good linear relationships within the ranges of 0.0600-0.4501μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 104.23%,and the RSD was 1.54%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate with good repeatability,it can be used to control the quality of Compound HuangHua Lotion.
