不同浓度盐处理对菜心生长和品质的影响

Effects of Salt Treatments at Different Concentrations on the Growth and Quality of Chinese Flowering Cabbage

摘要 研究盐胁迫对菜心发芽期和幼苗期生长和品质的影响,能够为菜心在盐碱地的生产提供理论指导。本试验以‘720菜心’为供试材料,设置了不同盐浓度(50、100、150、200、250 mmol/L)处理菜心,测定菜心发芽率、苗期形态指标及生理指标。结果发现,盐胁迫处理会抑制种子萌发,其中250 mmol/L盐处理的菜心发芽率最低,为35.3%;50 mmol/L低盐浓度处理对菜心生长影响不大,中、高浓度盐(100~250 mmol/L)处理下菜心膜透性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和脯氨酸含量增加,而叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性降低。可见,盐处理明显抑制了菜心种子的萌发,随着盐浓度的升高,种子发芽率逐渐降低。在低浓度盐处理(50mmol/L)下,菜心幼苗耐盐能力较强;中、高浓度盐处理(100~250 mmol/L)下,随盐浓度升高以及处理天数的增加,菜心幼苗耐盐性逐渐下降。本试验测定菜心在不同盐浓度下的形态和生理指标变化情况,可为盐渍化土壤中菜心的栽培与育种提供参考。 To investigate the effects of salt stress on the growth and quality of Chinese flowering cabbage(Brassica rapa var.parachinensis)during the germination and seedling stages,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for its production in saline-alkali soils,the Chinese flowering cabbage cultivar‘720’was used as the test material.Salt stress treatments were applied at different concentrations(50,100,150,200,250 mmol/L).The effects of salt stress at various concentrations on germination rate as well as morphological and physiological indicators during the seedling stage were comparatively analyzed.Results showed that salt stress inhibited seed germination,with the lowest germination rate(35.3%)observed under the 250 mmol/L salt treatment.A low salt concentration treatment(50 mmol/L)had minimal impact on growth.Under medium to high salt concentrations(100-250 mmol/L),membrane permeability,peroxidase(POD)activity,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,and proline content increased,whereas chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,and catalase(CAT)activity decreased.Salt treatment significantly inhibited seed germination,with germination rate decreasing progressively as salt concentration increased.Seedlings exhibited relatively strong salt tolerance under the 50 mmol/L low salt conditions.However,under the 100-250 mmol/L medium and high salt concentrations,salt tolerance gradually declined with increasing salt levels and duration of exposure.This study,by determining changes in morphological and physiological indices of Chinese flowering cabbage under different salt concentrations,provides references for its cultivation and breeding in saline soils.
