不同辣椒品种种子发芽期耐盐性差异分析 被引量:3

摘要 以4个类型的8个辣椒品种为试材,分析了辣椒种子发芽期耐盐性的差异。结果表明:相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对发芽指数和相对活力指数均能区分不同辣椒品种的耐盐性,并且均与综合评价值呈极显著相关关系;不同辣椒品种种子发芽期的耐盐性表现出极显著差异,其大小顺序为尖椒>朝天椒≈线椒>甜椒。 The difference of salt tolerance during seed germination between different peppers types were analyzed used 8 cultivars from 4 different types as test materials. The results showed that the salt tolerance of different pepper cultivars could be distinguished by all of the four indexes, i.e. relative germination potentiality, relative germination percentage, relative germination index and relative vigor index, all of which showed significant correlation (P〈0. 01) with the integrated salt tolerance value. Significant differences (P〈0. 01) in salt tolerance during seed germination could also be observed among different pepper types except that between pod and line pepper (P〉0. 05), with the order from high to low as hot pepper, pod and line pepper, sweet pepper.
