不同番茄嫁接组合农艺性状的灰色关联度分析及综合评价

摘要 为丰富保山地区茄科类种质资源,选育出产量高、嫁接亲和力高、抗病强的优良砧木,本试验以12个番茄嫁接组合为材料,对其苗期植株性状、果实性状、抗病性、产量等指标进行差异性、灰色关联度分析和综合评价。结果表明,各主要性状间均存在丰富的差异性,维生素C含量的差异系数最大;各性状与单株产量均存在不同程度的关联,关联度排序前三的性状为单株结果数、幼苗茎粗、幼苗干质量。综合评价得出,‘2022-5’+‘豪迈520’、‘2022-2’+‘豪迈520’、‘2022-5’+‘粉贝利9号’表现较好,选择‘2022-5’‘2022-2’作砧木较优,可实现嫁接番茄高产、高嫁接亲和力、高抗病,适宜在保山地区种植推广。 To enrich the germplasm resources of Solanaceae in Baoshan area,excellent rootstocks with high yield,high grafting affinity and strong disease resistance,this study used 12 tomato grafting combinations to analyze the difference,grey correlation degree and comprehensive evaluation of seedling traits,fruit traits,disease resistance and yield.The results showed that there were abundant differences among the main characters,and the difference coefficient of vitamin C content was the largest.There were varying degrees of correlation between each trait and yield per plant.The top three traits in terms of correlation degree were the number of fruits per plant,seedling stem diameter,and seedling dry weight.The comprehensive evaluation concluded that‘2022-5’+‘Haomai 520’,‘2022-2’+‘Haomai 520’,‘2022-5’+‘Fenbeili 9’performed better,‘2022-5’and‘2022-2’were selected as rootstocks,which could achieve high yield,high grafting affinity and high disease resistance of grafted tomatoes,and were suitable for planting and promotion in Baoshan area.
