摘要
目的基于数据挖掘技术分析治疗卵巢癌中药复方专利的用药及配伍规律。方法检索国家知识产权局中国专利公布公告网站有关治疗卵巢癌的中药复方专利数据,共纳入中药复方专利55项,涉及中药275味。对使用中药进行频次统计、关联规则分析、复杂网络分析与高频药物聚类分析。结果275味中药以苦味药为主,药性多寒、温,主入肝经､肺经､脾经和肾经,最常用药物为黄芪;关联分析中支持度最高的对药是莪术-三棱,角药组合是莪术-土鳖虫-三棱;通过聚类分析获得4个核心组方。结论中药专利复方治疗卵巢癌多以解毒散结消癥为主,辅以扶正补虚。
Objective To analyze the medication and compatibility rules of traditional Chinese medicine compound formula patents for ovarian cancer by data mining.Methods The traditional Chinese medicine compound formula patents for treating ovarian cancer were collected from the website of China Patent Publication Announcements of the National Intellectual Property Administration.A total of 55 patents were included,involving 275 Chinese herbs.The frequency of using Chinese herbs,association rules analysis,complex network analysis and high frequency drug clustering analysis were carried out.Results The 275 Chinese herbal medicines predominantly feature were bitter flavors,with cold and warm properties.They primarily target the liver,lung,spleen,and kidney meridians,with Huangqi being the most commonly used herb.The association analysis identified the highest-supporting drug pair as Ezhu-Sanling,while the most frequently used combination was Ezhu-Tubiechong-Sanling.Cluster analysis categorized four core medicinal formulations.Conclusion The treatment of ovarian cancer with traditional Chinese medicine compound formula patents mainly involves detoxification,dispersing knot and elimination,supplemented by futing and supplementing deficiency.
