摘要
卵巢癌是妇科三大恶性肿瘤之一,在中国的发病率位于宫颈癌和宫体癌之后,居第3位;在美国的发病率仅次于宫体癌,居第2位,但病死率一直稳居第1位。临床对于卵巢癌的认识以及治疗取得了较大进展,但总生存率仍然徘徊不前,无明显改善。目前此病主要采取西医治疗方法,而中医疗法具有多靶点、高效低毒、价格低廉等优势,在辅助化疗中亦起着重要作用。文章对卵巢癌的中医内、外治法进行阐述,以期为其临床治疗提供指导。
Ovarian cancer is one of the three major gynecological malignancies.The incidence rate of ovarian cancer in China ranks third after cervical cancer and uterine cancer,and second only to uterine cancer in the United States,but the mortality rate of ovarian cancer has always ranked first.There has been significant progress in the understanding and treatment of ovarian cancer in clinical practice,but the overall survival rate remains stagnant without significant improvement.At present,Western medicine treatment is the main method of its treatment,and therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has advantages such as multiple targets,high efficiency,low toxicity,and low price,playing an important role in assisting ovarian cancer chemotherapy.This article elaborated the internal and external treatment methods of TCM,in order to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of ovarian cancer.
