基于模糊数学理论的混凝土层间结合面质量检测方法研究

摘要 混凝土层间结合面质量受施工工艺影响显著,易形成弱黏结层,削弱结构整体性。为实现精准检测,本研究基于模糊数学理论,构建融合波速、波幅、频率等多声学参数的综合评判模型,提出层间结合面质量模糊综合判定方法。通过对比规范波速法、模糊综合判定法及取芯法3种方法的评价结果,验证了模糊综合判定法具有更高的一致性与准确性。该方法有效克服了传统单波速判据的局限性,显著提升了层间结合面缺陷识别的精准度,为混凝土结构质量评估与维修加固决策提供了可靠的技术依据。 The quality of concrete construction joints is significantly influenced by construction techniques,often resulting in weak bonding layers that compromise the structural integrity.To achieve precise detection,this study employs fuzzy mathematics theory to develop a comprehensive evaluation model that integrates acoustic parameters such as wave velocity,amplitude,and frequency,proposing a fuzzy comprehensive assessment method for the quality of construction joints.By comparing the evaluation results of the standard wave velocity method,the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method,and the core sampling method,it is verified that exhibits superior consistency and accuracy.This method effectively overcomes the limitations of the traditional single-wave velocity criterion,significantly improving the accuracy of identifying defects at construction joints,and providing a reliable technical basis for decision-making regarding the quality assessment and maintenance reinforcement of concrete structures.
