摘要
血液质量直接影响医疗质量和患者生命安全,需在各血站监管体制健全的基础上严格规范血液冷链运输工作,提高血液运输质量避免发生不良事件影响血液质量。通常做好血液运输须在科学的管理制度下选择合适的运输工具、时间、温度和监控,以保持血液中各成分活性,保证血液质量。而捐献者所捐血液从采血到临床治疗用血需经历较多步骤,过往血液冷链运输过程中,特别是基层单位仍存在通过客运公司托运血液的情况,导致血液运输过程中常发生保存不当、温度调节不合适等影响血液质量的问题,严重时造成血液配送延误等情况。血液运输冷链管理是将血液存储、运输工作中可能会对血液质量和安全性造成威胁的因素一一排除,优化血液存储和运输流程,提高血液运输和调配效率,确保用血单位可在第一时间收到用血标准的安全血液,为患者生命安全提供前提基础。
